SIBBA is a volunteer run nonprofit meaning there are no paid staff who support activities or services
SIBBAs board of directors is formed by volunteers from the Iowa martial arts community that are passionate about expanding the word and impact of martial arts. All board members are actively practicing in a variety of ways - as leaders or teachers in local clubs, as instructors of self defense, as coaches of nationals competion teams and more!
